Questions
Frequently asked questions
Not sure which specialist you need? Send your reports and our medical team will advise.
WhatsAppHow long does it take to receive a treatment plan?
It depends on the case and on how complete the documents are. Your coordinator tells you the expected time as soon as the documents are received and keeps you informed.
Do I have to decide right after receiving the plan?
No. You can take the time you need, ask additional questions and discuss the plan with your doctor at home.
How is payment arranged?
Your coordinator explains the payment procedure together with the written estimate, before you travel, so that there are no surprises.
What if the doctor changes the plan after the examination?
Sometimes an examination shows that a different approach is needed. In that case the doctor explains the reasons, and we update the estimate and the programme before anything new is done.
Can my family follow the treatment from home?
Yes. With your permission, your coordinator can keep a family member informed during the treatment.
